Tony Awojoodu (Dr. Tone) is a high performance coach and strategist who has helped thousands of professionals and business leaders unlock their full potential so that they can reach their personal, professional, and financial goals.
As founder and CEO of Tone's Professional Advisory Solutions and services he helps professionals achieve peak performance in their lives so that they can land their dream jobs, earn the income they desire, and live the lives of their dreams through his signature framework, the PP3 Framework.
Tony is also an accredited investor and venture capitalist and has built a diversified 7-figure investment portfolio across asset classes. As a Partner in multiple investment groups, Tony also invests in early stage startup ventures with Black founders.
Tony was previously an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company where he worked with large, national health systems across strategy, M&A, operations, and org excellence and led the Firm's recruiting and professional development efforts for underrepresented advanced degree candidates.
