He partners with his clients to help them take their life from good to great and unlock their full potential to live the life they want to live.
Paul is on his way to earn his Professional Coaching Certification from the Co-Active Training Institute, the biggest coaching school in the world (ICF accredited).
Paul also works for McKinsey & Company as a consultant supporting Fortune 500 corporations across the areas of strategy, operations, and organizational excellence. He is also affiliated to McKinsey Academy, the Firm's capability building branch, where he builds and facilitates leadership workshops for senior executives.
In his previous life, Paul played basketball at a high level in France and in the US and he has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering Management from Elizabethtown College.
